Handling large scale corporate/ residential /commercial / healthcare projects.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and models.
• Preparation of preliminary designs, concept & Schematic drawings, working drawings, full detailed drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements, budget constraints, and deadlines.
• Help prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Visiting site on a periodical basis and clearing the site related queries.
• Supervising Junior Architects and interns and assigning them tasks as and when required.
• Maintaining project schedules and completion timelines to the clients as well internally.
• Stay up to date with trends, technologies, and materials in architecture.
